Multi Site Manager

Overview

As a Multi Site Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations across our 3 busy dental practices; Carntyne Dental Care, Parkhead Cross Orthodontics & Facial Aesthetics and Tollcross Dental Care, , ensuring each location meets performance standards, maintains safety protocols, and delivers exceptional service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse teams, implement strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Duties

• Lead and coordinate operations across our multipule sites to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise and support team members, fostering leadership development and accountability.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Facilitate communication between sites and corporate leadership to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively to meet organisational objectives.
