We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple healthcare locations. This role will focus on team leadership, operational efficiency, patient experience, and ensuring consistency across all locations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple clinic locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop front desk, CSR, and clinical support teams.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, and employee performance.
• Monitor patient experience and resolve operational concerns.
• Develop and maintain workflows, and training processes.
• Monitor clinic performance, labor costs, and operational expenses.
• Coordinate with providers and administrative teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of healthcare, clinic, wellness, or operations management experience.
• Multi-site management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and process improvement.
• Comfortable working with operational and financial data.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Availability: Open

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
