Multi-Site Studio Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an organised, motivated and commercially focused Multi-Site Studio Manager to take responsibility for the smooth and effective running of our studio operations.
Ideally based Edinburgh, this role will oversee the day-to-day management of the studio while also providing operational support across our studios in Glasgow, Leeds and Manchester when required.

The successful candidate will be a confident manager with excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of balancing people management, scheduling, performance monitoring and operational delivery across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Take overall responsibility for the efficient day-to-day running of the studios.

Manage studio schedules, bookings, and time management.

Coordinate resources and ensure studios are appropriately staffed and operational.

Monitor and manage KPIs, targets and performance indicators across the studios.

Support and motivate studio teams to achieve high standards of performance and customer service

Ensure effective communication between studio teams and senior management.

Maintain a strong focus on organisation, accountability and delivering results.

Travel to Glasgow, Leeds and Manchester to support studio operations, meetings, training and management requirements.

Provide additional operational support and take on other responsibilities as required by the business.

Confident managing people and multiple priorities.

Comfortable working across multiple locations.

Comfortable using scheduling, reporting and business-management systems.

Flexible and willing to travel between Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds and Manchester.

What We Offer

Starting salary of £32,000 per annum
All work-related travel outside of Edinburgh covered through the company expenses package
