What they need
Responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance. Troubleshoot faults, perform repairs and replacements, respond to maintenance requests, and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance work.
- Check and fix any maintenance problems before they become serious.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and building systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
- Complete all work safely and properly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building/facilities maintenance.
- Hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Technical/vocational certification is an advantage.
