Position: Multi-Skilled Baker

Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce a variety of bakery products according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Handle the preparation and production of:
• Sandwiches
• Donuts
• Bread
• Cookies & Muffins
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes.
• Operate and monitor bakery equipment, ovens, mixers, proofers, and other machinery.
• Ensure proper baking, frying, shaping, filling, decorating, and finishing of products.
• Maintain consistent product quality, taste, appearance, and portion sizes.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and company standards.
• Monitor product freshness and minimize wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the production area and equipment.
• Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Assist with new product preparation and improvements when required.
• Work closely with the bakery production team and supervisor.
• Perform other bakery-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Baker / Pastry Baker / Bakery Production Staff.
• Strong hands-on experience in bread, donuts, sandwiches, cookies, and muffins.
• Good knowledge of bakery production methods and food safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery/food production environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Good attention to detail and product quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bakery/Food Manufacturing experience in the UAE is an advantage.
