· Perform finish carpentry, including baseboard, casing, molding, and other trim work.
· Complete demolition, repair, renovation, and reconstruction activities.
· Perform painting, patching, caulking, and general finishing work as needed.
· Support commercial tenant improvements and residential remodeling projects.
· Perform reconstruction work following fire, water, storm, or other property damage.

· Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment.
· Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
· Identify field issues and communicate them promptly to the superintendent or crew lead.
· Follow project plans, scopes of work, company procedures, and jobsite safety requirements.
· Assist or guide less-experienced tradespeople when requested.
Required Qualifications
· Intermediate to senior-level experience in general construction or the building trades.
· Strong proficiency in at least two construction trades, with practical capability across several others.
· Ability to accurately measure, cut, fit, install, repair, and finish common construction materials.
· Working knowledge of common residential and commercial construction methods.
· Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
· Ability to read basic plans, measurements, scopes of work, and written instructions.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently when assigned a task and collaboratively as part of a crew.
· Dependable attendance, professional conduct, and good communication skills.
· Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
· Three to five or more years of relevant construction experience.
· Experience on both residential and commercial projects.
· Insurance restoration or reconstruction experience.
· OSHA 10, OSHA 30, or other relevant construction certifications.
· Experience safely towing, backing, and maneuvering construction trailers.
· Experience assisting, mentoring, or guiding less-experienced workers.
Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of construction work, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
· Lift and carry construction materials and equipment weighing up to approximately 50 pounds; obtain assistance for heavier items.
· Stand and walk for extended periods and regularly bend, kneel, squat, reach, and perform repetitive construction activities.
· Safely climb and work from standard 6–8-foot stepladders.
· Maintain the mobility, balance, coordination, and manual dexterity required for active construction work.
· Work indoors and outdoors in typical construction environments and changing weather conditions.
