Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive maintenance, inspection, and repair tasks on mechanical, electrical, and automation systems using schematics and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical circuits, motors, pumps, conveyors, and other plant equipment.
• Conduct welding repairs and fabrications as needed to support machinery or structural components.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to diagnose faults accurately.
• Lead maintenance activities while supervising junior team members to ensure safety standards and operational procedures are followed diligently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to equipment breakdowns or operational issues across the facility.
• Document all maintenance activities thoroughly in logs and reports for compliance and continuous improvement purposes.

Skills

• Strong electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems efficiently.
• Mechanical knowledge encompassing machinery maintenance, welding techniques, and mechanical repairs.
• Proficiency in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals is essential.
• Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation control systems.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills with leadership experience in a maintenance or engineering environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
