You’ll be part of a structured in-house team delivering professional maintenance services across commercial environments.

What you’ll be doing

• Plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Carpentry and minor building works
• Painting and decorating
• General fabric maintenance
• Grounds maintenance
• Reactive fault finding and repairs
• Supporting planned preventative maintenance
• Participating in a fair on-call rota

What you’ll need

• Proven multi-trade experience
• Strong practical ability across building fabric repairs
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota

What you’ll get

• £14.50 per hour
• Basic salary £30,160
• Realistic earnings £35,815
• OTE £40,000+ with enhancements
