Multi Skilled Finisher

Evolution Construction Group are highly respected for delivering quality, value-for-money, sustainable social housing and sheltered housing on time, on budget and to an industry-leading standard.

As a growing business, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Multiskilled Finisher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of snagging tasks, with strong focus on finishing work, including cleaning and sealing, bath panel installation, and painting on our recently completed void properties across Leigh, Bury and Litherland.

Candidates must possess an NVQ Level 2 or higher.

Full UK Driving licence required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out finishing work, such as sealing, cleaning, and ensuring high-quality final touches.
• Install bath panels and pipe boxings.
• Rehand and ease doors following carpet installations.
• Carry out extensive paint touch-ups and minor surface repairs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Completing company paperwork. Including Timesheets, Work reports and Purchase orders.
• Professional and diplomatic with a helpful manner and positive can do attitude.

Requirements:

• Proven experience for the role required.
• Skilled in finishing work, including sealing, cleaning and paint touch-ups.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Possess a NVQ level 2 or above.
• Possess own hand tools.
• Valid UK driving License.
