Vycore Interiors Limited specialises in the manufacture and installation of high-quality bespoke interior fit-out solutions across commercial, retail, leisure, and construction sectors. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join our team.

This is a varied and hands-on role that requires a candidate who is equally comfortable working within our workshop manufacturing bespoke joinery products and carrying out installation work on client sites throughout the UK.

The Role

As a Multi Skilled Joiner, you will be responsible for the manufacture, assembly, and installation of bespoke joinery and interior fit-out products. You will work closely with our workshop and installation teams to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and in line with client expectations.

The successful candidate must have proven experience in both workshop joinery and site-based installation work and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble bespoke joinery items within the workshop.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Install joinery products and interior fit-out packages on customer sites.
• Fit doors, frames, wall panelling, counters, display units, and bespoke furniture.
• Operate woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Carry out adjustments, repairs, and finishing works as required.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and completed products.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the workshop and on site.
• Ensure all works are completed in accordance with Health & Safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors to achieve project deadlines.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Joiner/Carpenter within both a workshop and site environment.
• Ability to manufacture joinery products from drawings and specifications.
• Experience installing bespoke joinery and interior fit-out products.
• Competent in the use of woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work away from home when required.

Desirable Skills

• Experience within the commercial fit-out, retail, or construction sectors.
• CSCS Card.
• IPAF, PASMA, or other relevant site qualifications.
• Experience working with laminates, solid surfaces, and specialist finishing products.
