About the role

We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing a wide variety of building systems and equipment to ensure safe, functional, and comfortable facilities. This position is essential to our operations, as you will be the key person responsible for keeping our premises in optimal working condition. You will work on-site and report to the Facilities or Maintenance Manager, playing a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls, prioritising urgent repairs to minimise operational disruption
• Conduct preventative maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of building systems and equipment
• Perform general repairs including carpentry, painting, drywall patching, and fixture installation
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs completed, and equipment performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes whilst performing all maintenance tasks
• Coordinate with external contractors and specialists when specialist expertise is required
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of maintenance work areas and storage facilities
• Assist with minor renovations and facility upgrades as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, Building Maintenance Technician, or similar role in a commercial or institutional setting
• Demonstrated practical knowledge and hands-on experience in at least three of the following disciplines: electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or mechanical equipment maintenance
• Valid certification or licence in relevant trade areas (such as electrical work or plumbing) where required by local regulations
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues
• Excellent understanding of health and safety protocols and building maintenance standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and maintenance manuals
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour when interacting with colleagues and external parties
• Flexibility and willingness to respond to emergencies outside regular working hours when necessary
