Jeff Way Construction is a dynamic, full-service building and maintenance company dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions for a diverse range of clients. Since 2014, we have specialized in kitchen and bathroom upgrades, external works, planned maintenance, and renovations for local authorities, housing associations, house builders, and commercial properties.

The Role

We are looking for multi skilled operatives and we would like to hear from you if you are skilled in the below.

• Plastering
• Carpentry
• Wall Tiling
• Decorating

The role will require you to;

• Be able to work within a team or on their own.
• Have the ability use initiative and work safely whilst following the company health and safety policy
• Deliver excellent customer service and be able to interact and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Have previous experience working for a similar company or have background in construction industry, planned maintenance or social housing.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: -

• An ability to work in an organised and efficient way
• Ability to work to deadlines
• An ability to work in a team environment
• A confident and outgoing personality
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work using their own initiative within boundaries.
• An ability to work with people at all different levels and responsibilities.
• Clean driving license
• Hold a valid CSCS card
