Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance tasks on the Account. This will include the supervision of specialist sub-contractors and ensuring all company and sub-contractor paperwork is up to date. Also ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures are followed as per the company QHSE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise and assist in reactive repairs and PPMs to the sites M&E systems (BMS, Generators and LV Electrical Distribution (triarge)and Mechanical systems).
• Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by Contract Support or Contract Management in line with the Service Level Agreements.
• To carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to other site plant as required.
• Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance of the above plant.
• Ensure that comprehensive maintenance records are kept in the form of “IFM Hub” task sheets.
• Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices
• To develop a good working relationship with all members of the site Services staff and client's staff.
• Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment, and ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements, as required.
• Ensure a professional image of the business is presented to clients and visitors and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and always promoted.
• General site maintenance - painting, drain inspections and cleaning, winter gritting.
• Washroom maintenance
• Office/equipment moves and relocations
• Water hygiene - outlet flushing, sampling.
• Quickly react to any potential on site issue
• On Call (1 in 4) with potential overtime if required
• IPAF training needed or given
• Safe ladder use around site
• Ensure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development and life-long-learning.

Accountabilities

• Accountable to Hard Services Manager
• The post holder does not have any directly reporting staff.
• This post carries no direct budgetary responsibility

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
