Multi-Skilled Operative – HMP Bristol

We are currently looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Operatives to join a construction and refurbishment project at HMP Bristol.

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals with experience across multiple building trades who can deliver high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general building maintenance and refurbishment works.
• Undertake basic carpentry, painting, decorating, patch plastering and minor repairs.
• Assist with general construction and finishing works.
• Work alongside other trades to meet project deadlines.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Operative or Multi-Trader
• Experience in construction, maintenance or refurbishment
• Valid CSCS card – Preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own tools – Preferred
• Ability to pass the necessary prison security and vetting checks
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude

Pay: Up to £230.00 per day
