We're growing our production team and are looking for Multi-Skilled Operators to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

We have a strong level of production and a number of long-running contracts, so there's plenty of work available. Overtime is regularly available, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings when production is busy.

What will you be doing?

You'll be working as part of our manufacturing team, helping to produce high-quality aluminium and steel castings for the aerospace, automotive, commercial and industrial sectors.

We currently have opportunities across:

• Waxroom
• Sand Foundry
• Fettling / Finishing
• Inspection – Visual & Mechanical

The work is hands-on and factory-based, and you'll be trained in the processes and skills needed for your particular area.

Previous manufacturing or foundry experience is useful, but it's not essential. If you're reliable, willing to learn and have a good attitude to work, we'll provide the training you need.
