We proudly service Weipa, Groote Eylandt, and Cairns, with recent expansion into the Cloncurry region, supporting a variety of mining, government, and local infrastructure projects.

The Opportunity
We are seeking multi-skilled plant operators for upcoming FIFO/Local opportunities across our Weipa and Groote Eylandt projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a variety of construction plant and machinery including but not limited to excavators, loaders, graders, dozers, skid steer, rollers
• Operate plant and machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry best practices
• Complete pre-start inspections, report defects, and perform basic operator maintenance within the scope of your training and authorisation
• Follow site safety procedures and project specifications
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members
• Identify hazards and report issues promptly
• Undertake general labouring duties as required to support project and site operations

Essential

• HR Driver's Licence (minimum)
• Hold Relevant RII Tickets / VOCs for machinery operated
• Construction Induction (White Card)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol testing
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to work FIFO rosters in remote North Queensland locations
• Previous mining or remote site experience
• Confined Spaces (within 2 years)
• Working at Heights (within 2 years)
