What they need
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building facilities and equipment.
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspection of equipment.
- Respond to repair requests and ensure facilities are safe and operational.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain proper work areas.
Qualifications
- High School/Vocational Graduate; technical course is an advantage.
- With experience in building maintenance or multi-skilled technician work is preferred.
- Knowledgeable in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical works.
- Physically fit and able to perform maintenance tasks.
- Hardworking, responsible, and willing to work on shifting schedules.
- TESDA NC II or related technical certification is an advantage.
- Willing to start ASAP
