MULTI SKILLED TECHNICIAN

About the role

ZC Kings Manpower Cooperative is seeking a talented and versatile Multi-Skilled Technician to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work across multiple building trades disciplines. As a Multi-Skilled Technician, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality maintenance, repair, and installation services across various building systems and infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring the safety, functionality, and longevity of our clients' properties and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair work across multiple building trade disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems
• Diagnose technical faults and defects in building systems and implement appropriate solutions
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and structural components
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including time sheets and materials used
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and best practices on all job sites
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently
• Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe, and organised
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians where required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician or similar role within building trades with demonstrated competency in at least three major disciplines (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or equivalent)

• Valid technical qualifications or certifications in relevant building trades disciplines

• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and industry standards

• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to diagnostics

• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in confined spaces where necessary

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Current health and safety certifications (such as OSHA or equivalent local certifications)

• Fluency in English is advantageous, along with local language proficiency

• Experience in commercial or industrial building maintenance is highly desirable
