Multi Skilled Technician

Plumbing

• Diagnose and repair leaks in pipes, faucets, and fittings across apartments.
• Unclog drains, toilets, and sinks; service and troubleshoot water heaters.
• Install and replace bathroom/kitchen fixtures — taps, mixers, flush systems, shower heads.
• Check and maintain water pumps, tanks, and pressure systems.
• Carry out minor pipe replacement or re-routing work as needed.

Painting & Finishing

• Carry out wall, ceiling, and door touch-up work as well as full repainting when required.
• Prepare surfaces — filling cracks, sanding, and priming — before painting.
• Match paint colors and finishes to maintain consistent property presentation standards.
• Repair minor plaster, gypsum, and wall surface damage.
• Apply waterproofing or sealant touch-ups in wet areas when required.

AC / HVAC

• Service and clean split and window AC units — filters, coils, and drain lines.
• Diagnose cooling issues; carry out basic gas top-up and leak checks.
• Replace AC parts such as capacitors, filters, and remote units as needed.
• Coordinate with specialist AC contractors for major compressor or ducting repairs.
• Maintain AC servicing records and schedules for each apartment.

Electrical

• Troubleshoot and repair faults in switches, sockets, and light fittings.
• Replace bulbs, fixtures, ceiling fans, and minor wiring components.
• Check distribution boards, MCBs, and safety switches within licensed scope.
• Install and repair smart locks, doorbells, and other low-voltage smart-home devices.
• Escalate major electrical faults to certified/DEWA-approved electricians.

Carpentry & General Handyman

• Fix and repair furniture, cabinets, doors, and locks.
• Install curtain rods, shelves, and wall-mounted fittings.
• Handle general turnover repairs between guest stays.
• Carry out minor tiling, grouting, and sealant work.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Valid UAE Driving License — mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in general maintenance (multi-trade: paint, AC, plumbing, electrical).
• Practical working knowledge across all core trades; a specialist in one trade with strong general ability in others is acceptable.
• Own basic hand tools preferred; company will provide specialized equipment/consumables.
• Experience working in residential apartments, hotels, or short-term rental units is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage own schedule, and prioritize multiple job requests.
• Basic spoken English or Arabic for communication with the Operations team and, occasionally, guests.
• Physically fit and comfortable with ladder work, lifting, and minor building access (roofs/stores).
• Flexible with working hours; must be reachable for occasional emergency call-outs.
