Core Responsibilities

• Electrical Maintenance: Fix wiring, replace light fixtures, change switches, and service circuit breakers.
• Plumbing Services: Repair water leaks, clear clogged drains, and install or replace plumbing fixtures.
• HVAC and Mechanical Care: Monitor, clean, and troubleshoot air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
• Facility Repairs: Handle minor carpentry, painting, patching, and masonry tasks for walls, doors, and ceilings.
• Inspections and Logs: Conduct daily or routine checks of common areas and log operational data for building systems.
• Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety rules and report major equipment faults to the building engineer or property manager.
