Multi Skilled Technician

Job Summary

The Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of building equipment and facilities. The role covers electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), and general building maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the property.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment and systems.

· Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC-related issues.

· Conduct daily inspections of facilities and equipment.

· Install, repair, and replace electrical fixtures, lighting, outlets, switches, and wiring.

· Perform basic plumbing works, including repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.

· Carry out minor carpentry, painting, masonry, and civil works as needed.

· Monitor and maintain air conditioning units and ventilation systems.

· Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.

· Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

· Complete maintenance reports, work orders, and inspection checklists.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

· Coordinate with supervisors and contractors for major repair works when necessary.

Qualifications

· Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course or Associate Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field.

· TESDA NC II certification (Electrical Installation & Maintenance, RAC Servicing, or equivalent) is an advantage.

· At least 1–2 years of experience in building maintenance or a similar role.

· Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

· Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams is an advantage.

· Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime if required.

· Physically fit and capable of performing maintenance-related tasks.
