About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Multi-Skilled Technician to join the Samgyupsalamat team. This is a field-based role responsible for supporting the maintenance and repair needs of our restaurant branches. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically competent, and willing to travel to different store locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and other mechanical issues.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance requirements and safety concerns.
• Install, repair, and replace fixtures, equipment, and other facility components.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from restaurant branches.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers when specialized repairs are required.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with company standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and materials used.
• Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course or Associate's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electronics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or a similar technical role.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, and general building maintenance.
• Experience in the food and beverage, restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Physically fit and capable of performing field work.
• Willing to travel and visit multiple branch locations across the Philippines.
• With a valid driver's license is an advantage.
