MULTI-TASK TECHNICIAN – REF & AIRCON HIRING AT HOTEL SOGO BUENDIA AND HOTEL SOGO ROTONDA, PASAY CITY

Job Description:

The Multi-Task Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems and other related equipment. The role ensures that all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably to support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
• Install, inspect, and service air-conditioning units, refrigerators, freezers, chillers, and related equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system problems.
• Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, thermostats, controls, and other components.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct basic electrical works and troubleshooting related to equipment.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
• Document completed repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment issues.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate; vocational/technical course in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, or related field is an advantage.
• Experience as an REF & Aircon Technician is preferred.
• Knowledge of refrigeration, air-conditioning, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Willing to perform multi-tasking and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site and handle emergency maintenance concerns.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
