About the role

We are seeking a Multi Skilled Technician to join our dynamic team in Manila City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our managed properties. As a Multi Skilled Technician, you will be the backbone of our facilities operations, performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections across various building systems and infrastructure. Your technical expertise and reliability will directly contribute to providing residents and tenants with a well-maintained, secure living and working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative inspections on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and structural components
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency service calls from tenants and building occupants
• Execute repairs and troubleshooting on various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within assigned properties
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all maintenance activities, repairs completed, and parts utilised
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, parking facilities, and building exteriors to identify maintenance needs
• Assist with landscaping, grounds keeping, and general cleanliness of building premises
• Collaborate with external contractors and service providers to coordinate specialised maintenance work
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during all maintenance and repair activities
• Support the facilities management team in addressing tenant concerns and ensuring tenant satisfaction
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, and general repairs as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a multi-skilled technician, facilities maintenance technician, or similar role in commercial or residential property management
• Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions
• Valid certifications or licences in relevant trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) are highly advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and maintenance schedules
• Physical capability to perform manual labour, lift heavy equipment, and work at heights safely
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in maintaining accurate maintenance records
• Strong communication abilities and professional customer service skills when interacting with tenants and colleagues
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards
• Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance situations and work beyond standard hours when necessary
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office or computerised maintenance management systems is preferred
