Multi Skilled Technician

The Multiskilled Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of building facilities, equipment, and systems. The role involves ensuring that all facilities are safe, clean, functional, and properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities and equipment.
• Conduct basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues and equipment breakdowns.
• Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to identify potential problems.
• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good and safe condition.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Coordinate with other technicians, contractors, and facility personnel when necessary.
• Prepare basic maintenance reports and document completed work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate; technical/vocational course is an advantage.
• With experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
• TESDA NC II certification is an advantage/required, depending on the account.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry works.
• Able to use basic hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on maintenance work.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays when required.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php18,780.00 per month
