What they need
Qualifications:
2-3 years related experience in building repair and preventive maintenance: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, firefighting system
Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and resolving facility related issues, building codes, safety codes, and environmental requirements.
Amenable to work in Sta. Cruz, Manila
Responsibilities:
Leads all the maintenance staff, develop and execute maintenance procedures throughout the facilities.
With experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, firefighting system
Prepares work schedules; requisitions materials, tools, and equipment needed to complete job tasks.
