Multi Skilled Technician

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or technical/vocational certification in a related field.
• With experience in building or facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and civil works.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair common maintenance issues.
• Familiar with maintenance tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and respond to maintenance emergencies.
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours if required.
• Willing to render overtime
• Hardworking, Trustworthy, Self-Initiative
• Technical certifications or trade licenses are an advantage.
