Multi Skilled Technician

Job Summary

The Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities and equipment. The role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to support safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and building systems to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
• Troubleshoot equipment and system problems and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of facility equipment and building systems.
• Repair or replace defective components and parts as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and materials used.
• Check the availability of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies and report replenishment needs.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and other departments to complete maintenance activities efficiently.
• Follow company safety procedures, maintenance standards, and applicable workplace regulations.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe during and after maintenance activities.
• Perform other related maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, technical-vocational certificate, or equivalent qualification.
• Training or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a similar technical role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures.
• Ability to safely use common hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment.
• Good problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to support scheduled maintenance activities and respond to operational maintenance needs when required.

Pay: Php750.00 per day
