Multi-Skilled Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of mall facilities, equipment, and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, air-conditioning, and general maintenance issues within the scope of training and authorization.
• Monitor equipment performance and promptly report defects, breakdowns, and safety hazards.
• Respond to maintenance requests and assist in emergency maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance logs, inspection checklists, and service reports.
• Coordinate with the engineering team and service contractors for repairs and servicing.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and established maintenance standards.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Engineering Supervisor or immediate superior.
