Role Description The Multi Skilled Technician at Lemon Tree Premier Jabalpur is a full-time, on-site role responsible for maintaining the hotel’s facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations and a safe, comfortable environment for guests and team members. Day-to-day tasks include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems; responding to maintenance requests from guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces; and conducting routine inspections to identify potential issues. The role also involves coordinating with the front office and housekeeping teams to address work orders promptly, maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, and following safety standards and hotel policies. The technician may support small renovation or installation projects, manage basic tools and inventory, and collaborate with external service providers when specialized work is required.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in general maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC work.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, use of hand and power tools, and safe handling of materials.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with operations, housekeeping, and front office teams.
• Basic record-keeping and organizational skills to document work orders, maintenance logs, and inventory.
• Prior experience in hotel or facility maintenance, preferably in the hospitality sector, is an advantage.
• Relevant technical diploma, certification, or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, or facility maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts, respond to urgent calls, and adapt to operational requirements in a guest-focused environment.
