Multi Skilled Technician Team Leader

• Supervise and guide technicians in daily maintenance tasks.
• Perform and oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance work.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot equipment and facility issues.
• Ensure work is completed safely, properly, and on schedule.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate; technical/vocational course is an advantage.
• With experience in building/facility maintenance.
• With team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable in basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other maintenance works.
• Responsible, hardworking, and good at problem-solving.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
