What they need
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a Vocational/Diploma course/TESDA NCII holder in any related field
- At least 1 year of work experience in the building/facility/property management industry
- Proven experience in maintenance/repair of facilities, this includes but is not limited to HVAC equipment, pumps and motors, generator sets, compressors, UPS, and FDAS
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Highly collaborative and a team player
- Result-driven
- Residing in Pasay/Muntinlupa, Alabang or nearby areas
- Can start ASAP
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Good communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong understanding of technical property management operations
- Dedicated and hardworking
- Fast learner and flexible
- Can work under pressure
