Multi-Skilled Technician with NC II

About the role

The MST is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of M3 Tower. This includes performing preventive maintenance on all systems and equipment, as well as responding to repair requests from tenants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as experience with general maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Directly report to the Building/Property Engineer and be on-call whenever a need for support arises
• Perform routinely on-stream inspection or condition monitoring of rotating machineries and equipment including controls, electrical apparatuses and related electrical facilities
• Report all abnormalities to the building/property engineer and implement immediate action as per instruction
• Determine areas for improvement necessary for the attainment of the main objective to keep all machineries and equipment in top condition, reliable at any given time
• Be on service whenever a technical person is needed during Vermillion Events
• Handle and coordinate with other MST their schedule of work in coordination with Building Engineer
• Inspect quality of work of fellow MST ensuring all task given is completed correctly and on-time
• Perform preventive maintenance on all systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression systems, elevators
• Respond to repair requests from tenants in a timely and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems

About you

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Experience with general maintenance tasks
