Multi-Skilled Technicians (1 day hiring)

Regular:

·       Responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the following building equipment and facilities:

·       Air-conditioning System

·       Water and Sewerage System

·       Drainage system

·       Fire Protection and Fire Alarm System

·       Electrical System

·       Handles unit owners/tenants’ complaints or assistance needed in electrical and mechanical systems.

·       Coordinates with the Building/Facilities Manager or Building/Facilities Engineer for instructions

·       All other related tasks as required.

Occasional:

·       Responsible for the preventive maintenance and general cleaning of building equipment and facilities.

·       Assists contractors for equipment repairs and maintenance.
