Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Operatives to join our expanding maintenance team.

About the Role

This is a varied role carrying out both reactive maintenance and planned works across occupied and void residential properties within the social housing sector. You’ll be attending a range of day-to-day repairs and maintenance jobs, working independently whilst supported by our planning and operations teams.

We’re looking for operatives who can turn their hand to multiple trades, are comfortable working in occupied homes, and take pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day reactive maintenance repairs
• Complete planned maintenance and small refurbishment works
• Basic plumbing repairs including tap changes, leaks, WC repairs, and radiator valves
• Carpentry repairs including doors, locks, skirting, and kitchen adjustments
• Patch plastering, tiling, decorating, and making good
• Minor bathroom and kitchen repairs
• Diagnose faults and identify the most effective repair solution
• Update job progress and notes via company tablet system
• Work safely, professionally, and respectfully within occupied homes

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative within maintenance or construction
• Previous experience working within social housing is essential
• Strong all-round trade knowledge across reactive maintenance works
• Comfortable working in occupied properties and interacting with residents daily
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence required
