Multi Skilled Tradesman

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. To carry out a variety of construction and maintenance tasks across different trades, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. A multi skilled tradesman who is able to drive to undertake making good/ reactive maintenance works in either a team in central London and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work including framing, finishing, and repairs
• Conduct roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Carry out construction painting to specifications and safety standards
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems
• Execute masonry tasks such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete work
• Operate welding equipment for fabrication and repair purposes
• Assist with electrical installations and troubleshooting as required
• Use hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
• Fabricate components on-site or in the workshop as needed
• Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to minimise risks on-site

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools relevant to construction tasks
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards within construction environments
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team under supervision
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in trades are desirable but not essential for all roles

Pay: £24,420.00-£42,804.85 per year
