Multi Skilled Tradesman

Skilled Tradesman & Labourer – Kingsbridge Area

We are looking for a skilled tradesman and a reliable labourer to join our team on building and refurbishment projects in the Kingsbridge area.

We have an upcoming project expected to run for approximately 3–6 months, with the potential for further work beyond this for the right people, depending on how the project progresses.

Skilled Tradesman

We are looking for someone with good all-round building experience who is confident carrying out a variety of tasks to a high standard. Experience in areas such as carpentry, general building, plasterboarding, rendering, groundwork and refurbishment would be advantageous.

You will be working as part of a small team and will need to be able to work under the direction of the main site operative, follow instructions and work efficiently alongside other trades.

Labourer

We are also looking for a reliable and hardworking labourer to assist with the day-to-day running of the site.

Duties will include:

• General site labouring and preparation
• Moving and loading materials
• Assisting skilled trades
• Keeping the site clean, tidy and organised
• Loading and unloading materials
• General groundwork and building tasks
• Following instructions from the main site operative
• Assisting with different tasks as the project progresses

What we're looking for

For both positions, we're looking for people who are:

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work well as part of a small team
• Able to follow instructions from the main site operative
• Comfortable working across a variety of building tasks
• Take pride in their work and maintain a good standard of workmanship
• Health and safety conscious
• Ideally experienced in domestic building, refurbishment or general construction

A CSCS card is not essential, provided you have the relevant experience and a good attitude towards site work.

The initial project is expected to last 3–6 months, with the possibility of ongoing work and further projects for the right candidates.
