We’re a family-owned pool removal and landscaping business working on projects across Sydney, and we’re looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman with Machine Operator experience to join our crew full-time.

This is a hands-on role working across pool removals - operating a variety of earth moving equipment, concreting, brick and block laying, landscaping, retaining walls, and outdoor construction projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pool removal and site preparation works

• Concreting, formwork and finishing

• Brick and block laying

• Operating excavators and machinery safely and efficiently

• Structural landscaping works including retaining walls, paving and drainage

• Working alongside a small, hardworking team across residential projects

• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and site presentation

• Following safety procedures and site requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years concreting experience

• Minimum 3 years machine operating experience

• Experience in Brick and Block laying

• Experience in structural landscaping and construction

• White Card

• Valid driver’s licence and own transport

• Own tools

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Reliable, hardworking and takes pride in quality work

• Australian work rights required

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)

• Site Management Skills

• Landscaping experience

• MR Truck licence

• Excavation experience
