CBM is looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Tradesman to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a good eye for detail, and can confidently carry out a range of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works.

The Role

As a Multi-Tradesman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of jobs across our properties and projects. The role will involve working independently as well as alongside the wider CBM team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out general building and maintenance works
• Plastering, patching and making good
• Carpentry and joinery
• Painting and decorating
• Tiling and flooring
• Basic plumbing and repairs
• Kitchen and bathroom maintenance
• General repairs and refurbishment works
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working across multiple trades
• Is confident working independently and as part of a team
• Takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
• Has good attention to detail
• Is reliable, punctual and professional
• Has good communication skills
• Holds a full UK driving licence
• Has a positive, can-do attitude

A relevant trade qualification or previous experience in property maintenance, construction, repairs or refurbishment would be advantageous.
