Multi-Skilled Tradesperson Learning Mentor

Due to the continued growth of our Alternative Provision, we are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson Mentor to inspire, guide, and support young people through hands-on vocational learning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to individuals in a mentoring capacity
• Help mentees set and achieve personal and professional goals
• Share knowledge, skills, and experiences to assist mentees in their development
• Offer advice and feedback on various aspects of life and work
• Serve as a positive role model and advocate for mentees

Skills:

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Strong multi-skilled trades knowledge and willingness to pass on your knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to actively listen and provide constructive feedback
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trust with mentees
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each mentee

As a Mentor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others by providing guidance, support, and encouragement. Your expertise in hand tools, power tools, and trades knowledge will be invaluable in assisting mentees with their personal and professional growth. You will have the chance to share your experiences, offer advice, and help mentees navigate challenges they may face. NOTE:

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
