Multi-Sport Coach ( Male/Female)

1. Plan and conduct coaching sessions for various sports, including football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, tennis, table tennis, and other recreational activities.
2. Teach sports rules, techniques, skills, and strategies according to participants’ ages, abilities, and skill levels.
3. Develop weekly and monthly sports activity schedules in coordination with the Recreation Services management team.
4. Organize and coordinate sports tournaments, competitions, leagues, and recreational events based on client requirements.
5. Promote participation, teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and healthy lifestyles among residents and community members.
6. Ensure the safe use of sports facilities and equipment, comply with safety procedures, and promptly report hazards, incidents, or injuries.
7. Inspect, maintain, and properly store sports equipment, reporting any damaged or missing items.
8. Prepare and inspect sports courts, playing fields, and recreational areas before and after activities.
9. Maintain accurate attendance records, activity schedules, participation statistics, and reports on sports programs and events.
10. Provide professional customer service and support to residents, participants, and clients while fostering a friendly, inclusive, and engaging recreational environment.
11. Coordinate with supervisors, recreation staff, and other departments to ensure the effective delivery of sports and recreational services.
12. Comply with company policies, client requirements, and applicable health, safety, and operational procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Education: A High School Diploma is mandatory, along with a diploma or certificate in Sports or a related field. A college degree in Physical Education is preferred.
2. Work Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in sports coaching, sports activities, or recreational services.
3. Sports Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in coaching multiple sports and conducting recreational activities.
4. Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with participants of different ages and skill levels.
5. Planning and Organization: Ability to plan sports activities, organize events, manage schedules, and maintain accurate records.
6. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of sports safety procedures, equipment handling, and basic risk management.
7. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with management, colleagues, and other departments.
8. Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, friendly, and inclusive approach to engaging with residents and participants.
