Multi Store Manager

About the role

The Multi-Store Manager (MSM) is responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, and team productivity across multiple Karofi retail stores. The MSM ensures that sales targets are achieved by effectively managing Store Managers, Promoters, and retail operations while delivering an excellent customer experience and maintaining high standards of lead management and after-sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets across all assigned stores.
• Monitor daily sales performance and identify gaps versus target.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve store performance.
• Increase conversion rates from walk-in customers, warm leads, and repeat customers.
• Ensure successful execution of promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor lead generation and follow-up activities through Odoo.
• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
• Ensure stores comply with visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Supervise Store Managers and Promoters.
• Conduct regular coaching and performance evaluations.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in retail sales or multi-store operations.
• Experience managing multiple retail stores and sales teams.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and coaching skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Odoo CRM/ERP, and sales reporting.
