Multi-Store Manager – Coffee

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Multi-Store Manager – Coffee to join our team at our specialty coffee chain in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Multi-Store Manager – Coffee will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple stores in the designated area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee industry and a proven track record in managing and developing successful teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of multiple specialty coffee stores in the designated area
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and services
• Monitor and analyze store performance through regular visits and audits
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Train and mentor store managers on effective management techniques and company policies
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to store managers
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of store managers and other staff
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels at all times
• Identify and address any operational issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in specialty coffee industry, preferably in a managerial role
• Proven track record in managing multiple stores and achieving business objectives
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale systems
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required
