Multi-Strategy Trader

About the role

Our client is a well-known Chinese securities firm.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily trading desk operations, managing end-to-end order flow execution, maintaining the trading book, monitoring risks in real time, analyzing P&L movements, optimizing inventory allocation, and developing targeted trading strategies to support client franchise development and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily trading desk operations, supervise end-to-end order flow execution, and mitigate associated hedging risks.
• Manage and maintain the trading book, conduct real-time risk monitoring, analyze and explain P&L fluctuations, and optimize position inventory allocation.
• Develop and execute targeted trading strategies to support client franchise development and drive business growth within the assigned business scope.

About you

• Master's degree or above in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines from accredited universities.
• At least 5 years of sales trading experience at top-tier platforms.
• Fluent in Chinese, including written Chinese and spoken Mandarin.
• Proficient in programming tools including VBA and Python.
