What they need
Obligations of the service provider
The service provider must:
Have qualified and certified personnel
Comply with the standards in force in Morocco (safety, electricity, fire safety systems, etc.)
Provide an annual intervention schedule
Keep a maintenance log
Produce detailed intervention reports
Guarantee on-call or availability in case of emergency
Eligibility criteria
Candidates will need to provide proof of:
Site visits (DG, IFR and CJB)
Significant experience in multi-technical maintenance (minimum 3 years recommended)
Similar references (public, cultural or service sector institutions)
Appropriate human and technical resources
Regular tax and social security status
