Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Multi Technician with hands-on experience in HVAC/AC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment and systems, attending breakdowns, and ensuring all building services are maintained safely and efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesHVAC / AC

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of split, package, ducted, and other HVAC/AC systems.
• Diagnose and repair AC faults, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues.
• Clean and maintain filters, coils, drain lines, fans, and related components.
• Check refrigerant levels, pressures, compressors, motors, and thermostats.
• Identify abnormal noise, vibration, leakage, and performance issues.
• Respond to AC breakdowns and service requests within the required timeframe.

Electrical

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Repair and replace switches, sockets, lights, breakers, contactors, relays, and other electrical components.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in equipment and building services.
• Carry out basic testing using electrical testing instruments.
• Ensure electrical work is performed safely and in accordance with applicable standards.
• Report major electrical faults or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

Plumbing

• Perform maintenance and repair of water supply, drainage, sanitary, and plumbing systems.
• Repair leaks, blocked drains, faucets, valves, toilets, pumps, and related fixtures.
• Inspect and troubleshoot water pressure and drainage problems.
• Replace damaged pipes, fittings, valves, and plumbing accessories.
• Respond to plumbing breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.

General Maintenance Duties

• Attend daily preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Carry out inspections and identify potential equipment failures or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance activities.
• Use tools, equipment, and spare parts correctly and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area after completing maintenance activities.
• Follow company HSE policies, procedures, and permit-to-work requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, contractors, and facility representatives when required.
• Perform other related maintenance duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Salary 2500 AED + Accommodation

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
