What they need
Customer-centric and highly skilled Multi Technician with extensive experience delivering rapid response maintenance within residential developments and hospitality buildings. Exceptionally proficient in electrical diagnostics, appliance repairs, carpentry, and minor civil works. Recognized for maintaining an impeccable professional demeanor while working directly in tenant spaces, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, minimal disruption, and maximum tenant satisfaction.
General Carpentry & Fit-out, Drywall patching, custom painting, locksmithing, door alignment, and cabinetry hardware repairs. Domestic Electrical & Plumbing, Domestic water pump servicing, clear drainage clearing, water heater installation and smart home fixture wiring. Preventative Inspections, Conducting routine structural and cosmetic walkthroughs to preemptively address wear and tear.
Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
