Job Summary

Seeking a Multi Technician – Engineering to support the day-to-day maintenance and repair of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring all engineering services operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities.
• Attend to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as required.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel departments.
• Monitor and maintain engineering tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out according to safety standards and hotel procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues.
• Maintain daily maintenance records, checklists, and engineering reports.
• Support the Engineering team during breakdowns, emergencies, and special maintenance activities.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in hotel engineering, facility maintenance, or a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance work.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field is an advantage.
• Willingness to handle different types of maintenance tasks as required.
