Multi Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, including split AC, package units, and other air-conditioning equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC and MEP systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in HVAC equipment, motors, compressors, thermostats, and control systems.
• Perform AC duct cleaning, coil cleaning, filter cleaning, and general HVAC servicing.
• Inspect and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, switches, sockets, circuit breakers, and distribution boards.
• Carry out basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing fittings, and maintaining water supply and drainage systems.
• Inspect and maintain water pumps, motors, valves, and related mechanical equipment.
• Identify technical faults and provide effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections of MEP systems and report any abnormalities or potential issues.
• Handle installation, repair, and replacement of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of control panels, wiring, and HVAC electrical connections.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance instructions.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and urgent customer service requests.
• Complete assigned maintenance jobs within the scheduled time and according to company standards.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance checklists, and job completion reports.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding work schedules, materials, spare parts, and job requirements.
• Follow all company safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the company vehicle in good working condition.
• Maintain professional communication and provide courteous service to clients at residential and commercial sites.
• Perform additional technical and maintenance duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in MEP and HVAC maintenance or a similar technical role.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Candidates on a cancelled visa or visit visa are preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical maintenance, and basic plumbing works.
• Hands-on experience in AC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to identify technical faults and carry out repairs independently.
• Good understanding of workplace safety procedures and maintenance practices.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members.
• Must be reliable, hardworking, punctual, and willing to join immediately.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
