Multi Technician

Maintained is seeking a highly skilled, versatile, and proactive Multi Technician to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general civil systems across our managed properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Operations: Execute routine preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and handle urgent corrective/reactive breakdown requests for building assets.
• Electrical Systems: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair distribution boards, lighting systems, control panels, power sockets, and switches.
• HVAC & Air Conditioning: Perform routine filter cleaning, chemical flushing, and basic servicing on FCUs, AHUs, split units, and package AC systems.
• Plumbing & Piping: Resolve leaks, clear drainage clogs, service booster/transfer water pumps, and repair or replace sanitary fixtures.
• General Handyman Duties: Carry out minor carpentry, painting, masonry patch repairs, and door/lock hardware replacements.
• Safety & Standards: Maintain strict compliance with company HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) guidelines and UAE safety regulations.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Update the maintenance helpdesk on job progress, log completed work orders, and manage spare parts inventories.

Skills & Qualifications

• Driving License is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in both spoken and written English is required to interact with high-profile clients and tenants.
• Education: Technical Diploma, ITI Trade Certificate, or equivalent certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on multi-trade maintenance experience, preferably within a professional Facilities Management (FM) company in the UAE or GCC.
• Technical Expertise: Strong cross-functional troubleshooting skills across MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) domains.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding problem-solving abilities, professional grooming, a customer-centric attitude, and the flexibility to handle emergency call-outs.

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
